The open plan living area is designed for relaxation and flows seamlessly onto a large balcony, offering breathtaking views of Mauao and Pilot Bay. The lounge features a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for accommodating additional guests. The master bedroom serves as a private retreat, complete with a plush king bed and a dedicated ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom provides a cozy queen bed. Very well located, and views stunning. Spacious living areas, toilets/showers great & beds comfortable. Please note sofa bed slats need repair (we didnt use due to this)Maybe some? shelter in and around the BBQ as when windy hard to keep BBQ flame onDefinately stay again
