The Space:

This modern beachfront home offers a spacious layout designed for comfort and relaxation. The ground floor features a generous master bedroom with direct access to a private deck and garden, accompanied by a full bathroom. Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom. The heart of the home is the expansive open plan living area, which includes a sleek kitchen with a central island, a dedicated dining space, and a lounge styled with coastal decor. A gas fireplace ensures year-round comfort, while large stacker doors open onto a vast deck and lawn area that overlooks the beach. The property also includes a private, sheltered rear deck and a large green lawn perfect for outdoor activities, along with ample parking space.
