Stayed at this beachfront gem in Mt Maunganui with a group, and every single one of us was impressed. Three rooms, all excellent.The sunrise was unreal, cooking facilities were great when we felt like staying in, and when we didn’t, restaurants and cafes were just a short stroll away. Perfect spot, perfect stay, we’re already planning the next trip back.Cheers!!

Amazing!!

Amazing stay, beautiful house in a beautiful location! Great and quick communication with the host. Prime location with great parking for three cars. The house was clean and tidy with the most amazing view to wake up to! Would definitely recommend for families or friends wanting a luxury getaway! 10 stars!!

Excellent position

Generally very good , but disappointed with the bedroom off the garage. There has been long term water damage to the carpet. Gave the room a very musty smell , our son couldn’t sleep there after first night . He slept on the floor in TV lounge . If a new carpet was laid in this room the property would rate 5 star in our opinion. 50 metres from ocean and 19 mins walk to main shopping and restaurant area .

Nicely situated with great views. Recommend upgrading wifi as unable to access internet for the entire duration, oh and a mattress topper for the fold out couch, very springy! Enjoyed our stay though.

Excellent location

A great location with a fabulous view. We were two families of 3 and it was perfect for us. Keep in mind if you are using the fold out couch as a bed there is no privacy as it’s not a separate room. Also the garage is technically a double but you would have great difficulty getting even two small cars in there. There is also a height restriction driving in so be aware if you have an SUV with a roof rack. It probably won’t fit as we found out. Overall a great place and we would stay again.

Beach getaway

The best thing about the property was it's central location. It was walking distance to Mt Maunganui & had prime views of the sea. The neighbourhood was quiet at night & the beach safe for children. There was also great shopping & restaurants nearby for adults. The Mt really does have everything! Only downfall of the property was lack of fenced outdoor area for kids to run around, and also adjoining neighbours meant we were constantly trying to get our young country kids to keep their voices down!

Awesome location

We loved this apartment. The living area was fabulous, making the most of the outstanding views. Super comfortable beds and a great shower, it was perfect for our family of 5.
