Located near Acacia Bay, this beautifully furnished rural hideaway is only 8 minutes drive to town centre.



There is a swimming pool, a spa pool to soak in, and a playground to keep the kids entertained. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy a picnic on the extensive lawn area of this truly special property.



The stunning private grounds feature beautiful gardens, a pond, and views of Mount Tauhara.



This original lockwood home boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including master ensuite) and two separate dining areas. There is plenty of space to relax and unwind indoors and outdoors.



The heatpump and 2x fireplaces will keep you toasty warm.



Room Configuration:



Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed



Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed



Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Bed



Bedroom 4: 2 x Single Beds. (The 2x Single beds can be put together, with a mattress-topper to make a Super-King if you wish. Please let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival if you would like this to be done.)



House Rules and Information:



Parking: Guests do not have access to the garage, however there is on-site parking for up to 5 vehicles.



Please note - the maximum for this property is 8 guests all year round.



IMPORTANT: There is a pond on the property, not far from the house, which is not fenced. This is a hazard, and it is important that young children are supervised at all times when staying at the property. Please take this into account before booking.



The swimming pool is not heated. The spa pool is heated and will be available all year.



This property is STRICTLY not suitable for any parties, events, gatherings, or loud groups of any kind. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours. Whilst there is privacy from the neighbours, the noise travels.



Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.



This is a smoke/vape and pet free property
