The Space:
This house is close to everywhere and positioned for views of the lake, walk to the famous DeBretts thermal baths or explore the tranquil nature at botanical gardens and close to the 2 mile bay boat ramp.
Downstairs there is a garage, queen bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom and laundry.
Upstairs a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom, open lounge with a double sofa bed, dining and kitchen making this a great location for 2 families or the extended family.

Plenty of space for the boat, bikes, jet ski or your lake toys of choice in the garage or carport.

The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.
