Summary:
Located in Acacia bay, This elegant house is immaculately presented. Furnishings and decoration have been carefully considered. The home that is perfect for a couple or a family getaway.
Wi-Fi is available and a heat pump / air con depending on your needs.
There is a great flow out to the patio which holds expansive lake and Taupo views. A 1 minute walk to the shores of lake Taupo for a swim or try your luck to catch a Taupo trout. This is your perfect holiday destination.

The Space:
PLEASE NOTE – This property is STRICTLY not suitable for parties, events, or loud groups.
You will have a code to our lock box with key access.
Boasting a large lounge dining area and 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 2 single beds.The master bedroom has its own ensuite.
There is also a study/ office space in case you need to do a bit of work whilst away.

Complimentary Tea and coffee
We use hire serviced linen to provide our Airbnb guests high quality linen. All beds are made up with a towel and face cloth provided for each guest. If you require extra towels for the beach or hot pools please bring your own.

Guest Access:
The whole home is yours to access and enjoy. You will have access to and use of the entire house including the spacious double garage, and an off street carparking + jetski or boat parking.
The driveway is shared with the back house so the driveway does need to be kept clear.

The Neighborhood:
This is a very safe and quiet neighborhood; we are 1 minute walk from the lake and a short drive to the local dairy and eatery.

Other Things to Note:
Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.

So enjoyed my 2 nites experience in 14 Te Kopua house was so cosy so layed out with the whole house beautiful rite through to the garage but the views the sunrise and the beauty was so glorious if i ever come back there it definitely will be there again and The house owner Kerry thank u for letting us share your beautiful house to us my grandchildren and sister said thank u.
