Beautiful villa in Atlanterra, a unique and in Europe very popular bay on the Costa de la Luz in Andalucia.

The Villa overlooks the "Playa de los Alemanes" and the way to Africa.

It has a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet.

The ground floor is the living room whit fireplace, dining room, kitchen and a guest toilet anda a separate spacious bedroom with en suite bathroom and views over the garden and the sea.

Upstairs there are 2 bedroom, the master bedroom with the main bathroom and another room with double bed. From the terrace you can enjoy the glimmer of the city lights of Tangier.

This Villa includes a built-up area of 170 m2 and 2000 m2 of land.

The beautiful and well maintained garden offers many possibilities for relaxing, the pool (3 x 8), with outdoor shower (hot / cold), invites a refreshing swim, there is also a barbecue area with a beautiful dining table with benches and a large porch that completely covered is used as a living room and dining room.

For guests arriving in winter there is a living room with a fireplace.

Terraza inmejorable

Es la segunda vez que vamos. Lo mejor la terraza y el porche. La cocina está muy completa, tiene de todo. Los baños reformados, las camas cómodas. Tiene barbacoa en la parte de atrás que la hemos disfrutado mucho. Lo único malo es que en la tele no se pueden ver canales españoles.
