Located at the entrance of the town and a few meters from Los Lances Beach, it has gardens and a communal pool (open from June 15 to September 15). The historic center is about 15 minutes walk.In addition to the spacious living room, which has stunning views of the sea and the African coast, it has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and the second with two single beds.It also has a toilet with shower and separate kitchen, with everything you need to cook in the accommodation: 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster ....The terrace has outdoor furniture where you can relax in this special enclave.It has an elevator, internet access (wifi), heating electric radiators, garage in the same building.We have 5 other apartments equal to this in both decoration and size, location and performance. If you are a group of more than 5 people or two families you can rent several of them.
