Mi primer mañana fue desepcionante pues mi paquete incluye desayuno en servicio de 7 a 9:30am, resulta que asistí al restaurante a las 7 y 7:10am y estaba cerrado.... tome la decisión de desayunar en Vips lugar mas cercano. Posteriormente solicito al Gerente la reposicion del gasto o pago de mi factura y de forma intransigente y prepotente no acepto resarcir el daño.
