Fantastic experience with Massimo and a beautiful apartment. The support to find that was generously offered was required and the hill is indeed a climb. The location however is a part of what makes it special, and it is.

The owner is a fantastic help, a great communicator, and an outstanding host. The property was incredibly clean, comfortable, and amazingly quiet. A 4-minute walk downhill puts one right in the heart of the action of central Taormina. I recommend the property to all, and we will certainly stay again.

Massimo kindly drove our car from the hill to the parking space which we really appreciated. The house was spotless with beautiful furnishings and very comfortable. We enjoyed our time there.

Gorgeous apartment with a stunning view

It’s a very comfortable, artistically designed apartment with a well equipped kitchen. The view from the balcony is stunning. Massimo could not have been more helpful. We have stayed in many VRBO’s but he was by far the most helpful.

Terrific Taormina

This property is an architectural delight that overlooks the sea. The spaces are wonderful and the terrace fantastic. The host, Maximo, is terrific and goes out of his way to be helpful, informative, and responsive. The apartment itself is in a location within easy walking distance of the centro. There are stairs to the apartment, but Massimo helped us with our suitcases and also parking the car. Although there are two bedrooms, the single bathroom is reached through the one bedroom. Everything in the apartment is designed artistically, and the furnishings are outstanding. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay anymore! And getting to know our host was a pleasure.

Splendid view

Beautiful apartment, short walk to market and town. Be advised the path is very steep. We met the owner just outside of the central area, where he took our bags and drove us to the place. The apartment is well appointed but was missing some minor accessories, like shampoo and conditioner, and a hair dryer. We got lost after venturing out the next day, we couldnt find the exact path back, and had to call the owner for a map. It is close to the cable car and Antico Teatre. Also if you venture off the main drag there are some surprise shops and charming places you can get to, by walking through the public gardens. Itwaslovely.The viewvery niThe place is spacious and clean.

The apartment was sparkling clean, very spacious, beautifully decorated, and the views up the coast and over to Calabria are amazing. Our host, Massimo, met us near the apartment and drove our car up to the parking spot (and drove it out again when we left) as it is quite a steep narrow road with sharp turns and a small parking spot. The car stayed parked for the entirety of our stay. Massimo was very responsive to any questions and gave good instructions about staying in the apartment. All of Taormina is built on a steep hill and this apartment takes climbing to reach; the stairs are steep and long, so I would not recommend it to anyone with mobility or stamina issues. That said, it is not hard to walk down to all the sights and attractions of Taormina and you can be in the center of town within 10-15 minutes (it takes longer to get back up the hill!).

Beautiful view from the large patio. Very large apartment with lots of room. Massimo was a great host. He met us at the bottom of the hill and helped us drive the drive to location for the first time which was very helpful. It's close to the town center so you can walk to visit the key sites. Like most things in this town you do have to walk up steep hill. There is a grocery store close to the apartment which we used several times. We appreciated having a washing machine for laundry. We did enjoy the spa one evening after long day of walking and sore legs.
