This is a large property that can sleep a good number of people comfortably. The host is very communicative and check in was very easy. The property's location to area restaurants and activities was excellent. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchenware and appliances to include a Keurig. The parking and location worked for us but if your travelers have very limited mobility and cannot do uneven stairs this property may be a challenge. The basement has a lot of moisture and smells like it. Please note that the pool, hot tub and sauna are not easily walked to and are shared with a large number of other units.

In general, the home was as listed. We ran into a few minor issues, but the management was very responsive.Two surprises that are outside the management/owner's control: the check-in process is pretty cumbersome because you have to stop at the community office on the way in, but that appears to be a HOA rule. Also, this unit is among the furthest from the snow and requires going down about 20 steps from the parking lot.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The home was clean, well organized, stocked with important supplies, and quite usable. The fireplace remote wasn’t working when we arrived, but I was in touch with the host, they responded quickly and a helpful technician came and fixed it within a few hours. It was one of the coldest weeks of the winter, so we were very thankful.

The location was great, but the floors were dirty and food was found behind the couch. Neighbor played loud music till 3 am. I reached out to the team and they answered which was great but they couldn’t do anything. Mountain roads weren’t salted or sanded so it was treacherous because it snowed.

Didn't have enough salt to last our stay, but great varieties of the kitchen ware, we get to use the blender, coffee machine(and tea bags of interesting flavors), and indoor bbq(just make sure to not use together with microwave). Communication was easy and we always get timely responses even on the Thanksgiving day!

Great alternative to driving to New England

Unit was just as advertised. It's a bit of a walk (about 200 yds) to access the trails but manageable and technically ski in ski out, but nothing a volunteer family member can't fix shuttling you to and from trailside access located from the other condo units across the street. Very pleased with the unit overall. Would definitely rent again.

Probably would not stay again.

The inside was nice, but had three floors. It was icy outside the first couple days and night. They didn’t clean the long wooden steps. It was dangerous. Being 70, I was afraid we would fall. My husband had his second knee replacement on 8/28. Had it been in spring or summer would have been better. Should have asked for one higher up, not down so many stairs. Being in the mountains, the roads were winding and curvy. Didn’t care for that either.

Extremely satisfied with our stay

The room was plenty big enough completely stocked with all utensils needed to cook anything. The property even had coffee enough for 3 fresh pots. Pancake mix and maple syrup. I can’t understand how this property had any rating other than 9-10. The hospitality and attentiveness to our needs was outstanding. From the ease of check in to our departure. We were very satisfied. This was our first time to the Poconos, we were there for a wedding. My wife and I, our 5 grandchildren, Our daughter and son in law. All stayed together and we had plenty of room. In fact we had beds to spare this property has beds for 12. Also there was a TV in every room. Every room had independent cooling, heating ceiling fans etc. so everyone could find the temp that made them most comfortable. Without going on endlessly. We have begun to plan our next trip, this time just for vacation. We wanted a place you can live in feel comfortable and enjoy ourselves, this place was that and more. Book it, you won’t be sorry, We will definitely be back. Thanks Avant and team! See you again soon.

Not the cleanest place and not worth the all the VRBO fees

House wasn't very clean. The beds and furniture are outdated. The exterior and neighborhood are not well kept. A lot trash around the property. Overall the house and neighborhood are very run down. Not worth the amount of money i spent for the house. Id stay somewhere else next time.

Excellent House and Location

Great house and comes with everything you need for a house. Only a 5 minute walk to the slopes so great for my teenage kids. They can come and go as they wanted. Pool and hot tube was a plus. Hope to return next year!
