This upstate getaway is the ideal home to escape the city, breathe deeply and have fun. Our home was hand-built in the 80's and we've preserved the perfect nostalgia of that moment - pre cellphones! - while updating it to meet all contemporary needs.

This cabin has two calm and lovely bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The primary bedroom upstairs has a king-size bed, beautiful views, an en-suite bathroom with shower and tub, and a skylight that brings in glorious light. The queen bedroom downstairs is also beautiful, super comfortable and has a washer/dryer for all your post-skiing and hiking needs.

The house has two full bathrooms and a modern kitchen with everything you need to have delicious meals together or just be able to make your own cup of coffee to bring out onto the deck for some fresh air and star gazing.

The beautiful large deck is surrounded by woods and has a hot tub that can fit your full party for apres-ski and apres-hike sessions with a glass of wine and good conversation.

We are kid and pet friendly! (please note that a $75 pet fee will be added upon booking with a pet, for extra cleaning). However, we ask that you do not bring more than two well behaved dogs (max), and you must let us know at booking if you plan to bring dogs. Cats cannot be accommodated. Sorry cats!

We have easy, self-check-in with a keycode on the front door.

We also have parking for multiple cars in the driveway. The house is about a two hour drive from NYC or a two hour 10 min train ride (Amtrak) from Penn Station to Hudson, NY then a 30 minute drive.

Guests must be 21 or older to book and a government-issued ID must be sent within 24 hours of booking.

Please remember this place is special to us. It's not a hotel, and please treat our space with respect. If any problems arise, let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to take action quickly so that you can have a wonderful stay. However, there is no one living on site 24/7.

Heat:
**The fire place is just for ambiance and no wood should be burned in it. We have Mysa/Nest thermostats that control each room in the house.

In our cabin, we have:
Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon and more
Full kitchen and dining table for meals together
Skylights and lots of light
Excellent toiletries
An array of games for all ages

BBQ Grilling:
Check the propane tank to make sure it is full before using. If a refill is needed, tank can be exchanged at CITGO, Rte 23A and 5 minutes from the house.
