Great Family home

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The beach and pool were great for the kids. The bunk beds were awesome. With 4 kids each one had their own bed. The house was comfortable for a family of 6. It was well stocked and a quiet respite from the hot Florida sun. The house was simplistic and minimalistic, which was great for busy kids (less to get broken) and honestly we spent most of our days out and about. It was a nice distance from Disney, Clearwater, and Anna Maria Island. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home!

As advertised

The home and development was good. Only issue was a house behind the unit was having raging party until 4am with a dj . Not the unit owners fault but still not pleasant when you are trying to sleep. Otherwise everything was as listed and no issues.

Lovely location

This home is a treat. We loved all the decorations and, of course, the view. Saw a dolphin swim by, fish jumping, sunrise. Two restaurants within walking distance. Caught small snook and snapper. community

Sweating on Vacation

Many things were not satisfactory. For starters you can’t lower the air conditioner below 73. Florida, in the summer! We don’t even have our air conditioner set at 73 at home why would I want to go on vacation to sweat. We had to purchase fans to make the bedrooms somewhat more comfortable to sleep. The master bathroom smelled like cat urine and carpeted areas smelled like animals. A few days into the stay a breaker flipped in the master bedroom causing us to have no electricity, so again sweating while trying to sleep and rest on vacation. It took longer than 12 hours to have someone come out and access the breaker box which was outside and locked. The beach area was closed due to bacteria in the water. I felt like that we should have been notified prior to our arrival.

Quiet and nicely decorated

Beautiful and quiet community hidden in Ruskin FL. 45 min from Tampa or St. Pete activities. The sunsets on property are postcard Gorgeous. The condo was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Beds were super comfy. Plenty of towels, but bring your own shampoo, soap or body wash. Coffee pot in unit 517 is a Mr.Coffee drip style in case you were wondering. Worked great, but you need to have your own filters. Wasn't a fan of having to pay to park at the local restaurant (first 3 hrs are validated). But you can walk up the sidewalk no problem in this quiet and safe neighborhood. Will stay here again!

We had a great time. Love all the balconies. My only complaint was there was no place for two of the four adults to sleep. Bunkbeds are a little uncomfortable.

A Place in the Sun

Very nice condo in a very nice area. Little Harbor is a fun place for beach, pool, and bars. Condo was spotless and exactly as advertised. Nice furnishings and comfy bed. Parking is the only problem and not the condo or beach bar’s fault. Had a great time!

Awesome stay

Great place! It was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We came down for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and needed a place since they didn't have enough room for us. This place was perfect. Great views, felt like home. Just wish our stay was longer. On a side note, my daughter left her stuffed fox animal there. Is there any way you could look for it? She has had this fox since she was about 4 years old. We will be happy to pay for shipping cost if it is found.

Great stay!

This place was perfect for me and my husband and 2 kids (4 and 7). The views of the river off the balcony made it a nice place to sit and relax, and having the private beach, a pool, and two restaurants right on property was great! There was also a fun dolphin/manatee boat cruise that you could buy tickets and join from right on property, plus fishing charters. The property management company did need to come make a small repair to the bunk beds, but they emailed and let me know when they were coming, so that was just fine. The only drawbacks overall: Ruskin is pretty isolated. There were restaurants nearby, but we ended up driving 45 min most days to go explore. It didn’t bother us, since we wanted to go to both Tampa and Siesta Key, but just a heads up that you will either be staying on site a lot (with plenty to do!) or driving quite a bit. Also, the walk to the restaurants/beach/pool is about 5-10 minutes. Again, we like to walk a lot on vacation, but definitely needed a stroller for our littlest and people with mobility issues may want to drive (there is parking over there). Would be great if the property company could have a beach wagon and some beach supplies (kids sand toys) available in the place, just to make it a little easier to get back and forth. Also a map to figure out where the pool is would be great. Some friendly neighbors helped us out there. Overall a great stay, and couldn’t have asked for more perfect weather!

Property had been recently painted. It was a decorated nicely. The kitchen cabinets need some TLC as there is some peeling happening with the covering applied to the outside. The peeling is only noticeable when you open the cabinets and look at the door edges. Closet door in master bedroom is color mismatched from the other doors.

Lil Harbour Condo

Quiet scenic location. Internet and cable with nice size flat screen. 2nd and 3rd floor rear patios with nice views of the river. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 very nice bar/restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful sunsets at the, where else, Sunset Grill overlooking Tamp Bay. Plus, a Publix grocery store only 10 min. away on Rte 41.
