I arrived to my room after check in, my bathroom shower was missing a shower curtain and then my toilet was not working. I went to the front desk and asked for the manager, Chris said they didn’t have one on site. He refused to give me his number and Instead he proceeded to say he will be on property tomorrow. I drove 3 hours for an event but I will not be staying here again. Very unorganized and inconvenient.

For the first time ever I was not happy with the bed. Way too hard. Usually Hamptons are great and why I stay at them the beds usually comfy. This place was very nice tho, staff and decent breakfast.

The woman at the desk was extremely unprofessional when an issue occurred with a deposit as I checked in (which I had no idea about prior). Tried to blame me and my mother, who was also checking in at the time, for an issue paying for the fee. The machine said “Payment Successful”, and I was told it was not. My payment is still “pending” in my banking app and I checked out over two weeks ago.

This hotel is clean. The staff is very professional. The bathroom sink was not working upon my arrival. I called for assistance and they came right away to take care the issue. The hotel is very close to the freeway.
