Just a minor comment about the beds, they make some noise when moving during sleep but in general, it is a great place, a reasonable price.

Overnight stay

My husband and I stayed two nights on our way down to Cape Coral. The house was clean and well maintained. The owner was easy to get a hold of and answered e-mails promptly. The only draw back is that the property is not centrally located for activities. Great place for an overnight stay.
