This Villa is a Brand New spacious 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom Villa, that was designed to entertain large family or friends gatherings. Both bedrooms are the same size and were designed to accommodate a family of four in each bedroom. Each bedroom has a king bed and 2 twin beds and it's own private bathroom with an outdoor shower. This a four bedroom home but with this rental of the two bedrooms you only have access to the 2 interior bedrooms and bathrooms. This house has two exterior bedrooms and bathrooms that will be locked with no access to them. You will not be sharing the home you just dont have access to them. If you want access to all bedroom there is an additional fee. The garage and owners closet are locked and as a guest you dont have access to these areas.

The gourmet kitchen will please any cook. The kitchen is well supplied to accommodate all the guests There is plenty of room for your groceries and drinks. There is also a herb garden for your use. In the dining room there is a table that seats 12 and a bar that seats 4 The main living area opens up to allow the breeze flow through the house.

The pool area was designed to have a great time, there are plenty of outdoor seating areas along with a drink refrigerator for ease of entertaining. There is a half bath for easy access from the pool even if wet.

This Villa was well thought out for entertaining large families or a group of multiple families, it will comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 4 children.

Housekeeping is included Monday thru Saturday (Except for Holidays) there is a washer and dyer for your use or you can have the housekeeper do it for you.
