Staff was awesome. Suite was great for our family of 6.

AC sounded like a freight train. Room and hotel was muggy. Shower did not have hot water. Breakfast was an apple fritter with a granola bar. Poor experience, I would recommend staying somewhere else in the area.
Picked it online without ever seeing; pleasantly surprised and plan to go again within the next 10 days. Great staff & very clean!!
This Residence Inn is terrific. Indoor pool was a tad cool, but swim-able. Their spa / hot tub was out and that was a bummer we were looking forward to using that. This hotel is very near to the Interstate which makes it easy to find, but it's also sorta noisy if you get housed on the side closest to the highway. Book ahead of time and request AWAY from the freeway. The beds are very hard and caused an issue for my girlfriend and I towards the end of our stay.
Pleasant hotel. Thought it was going to be more like the Residence Inn's we've traveled to in Philadelphia where the sofa sitting area is separate from the bedroom by more of a divider than a tv; but it was suitable.
went to tallahassee to see our son and go to an FSU game. Hotel was a big surprise as room had been obviously renovated. Weekend rate had not been increased as most hotels do during football weekends. full kitchen. We could live there. will go back every time we return.
Very nice room was very big and newly remodeled. Everything was great staff went out of there way to make you feel welcomed and accommodate you.
We traveled to Tallahassee for a wedding. We were in close proimity to dining, shopping and a golf course for my husband. The room was very clean and was spacious. A great price for all those accomodations. The air conditioning did not work in our room the first night but they did give us a fan that night and the service person was in our room first thing and fixed our air conditioner. Great place to bring your pets if you are traveling with them.
