We arrived early and they were able to hold our luggage. The hotel is right next to the train station and is walkable to everything. The hotel and our room were very clean. Staff were incredibly helpful and very nice. The onsen was very nice. They have a welcome area with snacks and drinks. Regrettably never tried the foot bath. We only stayed one night and I think another night was needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone coming to the area.

Excellent convenient location immediately adjacent to the train and bus stations but not noisy. And walkable easily to the tourist area sites. The facilities themselves are great, from the spacious rooms, onsens, provided kimono and sandals for the onsens and property, and the staff excellent. Also appreciated the afternoon welcome drink service. Would highly recommend for a stay in Takayama.

A great place to stay, near the train station. Some beautiful Japanese sculptures at the property. Substantial buffet breakfast with various choices. Wonderful to have a washer dryer in your spacious clean room.

The location is great, right next to Takayama Station. The breakfast is wonderful too, with a variety of western and japanese style breakfast foods, and honestly, one of the better japanese style breakfasts we had on our trip. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the washer/dryer combo is lacking and left our clothes pretty wrinkled.
