Beautiful rooftop onsen

This hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff were helpful but very busy as the hotel was full. The highlight was the onsen - a relaxing, peaceful space on the rooftop.

There was a laundry only around 10 min walk away. The washing machine automatically added the soap and fabric softener. It was only $3.00. The hotel was close to the train station, only around a 3 min walk. My room was very clean and nice and big. There was a small bar fridge and the breakfast was really nice as well. You had plenty to choose from. The hotel staff where all very nice and helpful. I was very happy with my stay there. Cheers

Terrific hotel.

Wonderful hotel and within walking distance to the train and bus station. We rented a private Onsen which was a nice way to finish a long day of travelling.

Thoroughly recommend this property. Everything one needs and very handy to the station. Breakfast had a very good selection. Room was spacious compared to others we’ve had in Japan. A lot of wood finishes throughout the hotel reflecting the local forestry industry was a nice touch.

車寄せの問題

車での訪問は駐車場が無いのは仕方ないとして、荷物搬入の車寄せがなく、大変に不便だった。隣りの多少のスペースは、いったん入って荷物をカートに乗せたあと、三角ポールが不自然に２箇所置かれていてターンがしにくく、通りまでバックしなければならなかった。ホテルマンがターンできるよう一時的に退けるなど、対応が必要ではないか。誘導があれば安心して通りにバックができるなど。 朝の食事は満足行くもので、夕食を取ってもよいと思われた。
