Very clean room and elegant space design. It gives people a very relaxed and comfortable feeling. The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially when we took a taxi to check-in , there was an incident happened that my daughter’s wallet was dropped in the car. The staff quickly assisted in bringing up the security video tape to check the car number and assisting in finding the phone number of the driver at the taxi station. Fully showed the enthusiastic and hospitable nature of Taitung people. Thanks for the unforgettable kindness!

10/10 Accommodations in Taitung. Highly Recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous, zen, and wonderful hotel with top-notch service. You are asked to take your shoes off upon entering and provided with slippers, which is great as it helps keep the premises clean. The hotel also smells like a spa and is very airy with high ceilings. Ms. Lin was so thoughtful and recommended itineraries as well as a taxi service that we could call, making getting around all the sights in Taitung a breeze. Upon leaving, I accidentally left my phone and they mailed it to me free of charge (it was super quick and arrived the next day btw!). We will definitely comeback and stay here again if we are in Taitung. Great place for couples and families. 10/10!
