According to my email confirmation, the check-in time was 3PM but I was told at the counter that my check-in time was 6PM. I had to pay an extra $300NT to check in at 3:30PM.

People go around us, not only hotel customers, it makes me feel unsafe. The ceiling has water leaking, and smells bad.
Hotel room is a tad compact and lack of a closet and safe locker. Otherwise room was was clean, shower pressure great and good A/C. Be aware if you're looking for the Vendome signage, it's not apparent from the street. You need to go into the building with a Starbucks on the ground floor and take the elevator to 12F. Hotel located right in the midst of a shopping center, with restaurants and other local eateries nearby. So while it's a "no frills" room it's good value for your money.

Dear Charlie, Thank you for your valuable feedback. We have informed our maintenance department regarding to the leakage stain. A paint job would be applied to the stained area. There is a safety door at each corridor, only hotel customers have access to open the safety door with their room keys. All our corridors and hallways are monitored by CCTV to ensure the safety of our guests.
