I stayed at Okura Kyoto before and Okura Taipei is just as great. Stayed for four nights. The room is nicely decorated and super clean. All the hotel staff are very friendly. The location of the hotel is great. I really enjoyed the spa and sauna on the 20th floor.

Wonderful hotel (except for its restaurant for breakfast). Our room was large with a high end automatic TOTO toilet and everything you would need to stay comfortable throughout the trip. Spa was awesome, steam room, sauna, cold and hot pool. Gym was adequate. Room and facilities were spotless. Hotel staff was efficient and very friendly. The only downside was its breakfast restaurant. Bakery was one of the worst I've had for western selections. Waitresses and chef weren't particularly interested in servicing English speaking guests. For the value of my money, I would choose this hotel over other western hotel chains in Taipei.

Sweet hotel. Will live here again next time~ Good location and sweet staff. 3rd floor Japanese restaurant is my favourite.

The hotel and staff were great. A wonderful place to stay! The only shortcoming was the TV reception. They tried to fix it with a little success. Definitely not HDTV. They use a satellite and the weather was clear.
