Staff, San was very friendly and helpful. Also hotel sent message to determine whether you are interested in ordering breakfast from local food place. Breakfast was available as soon as checked in and food was hot and delicious.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel while visiting Taipei. It’s only a short walk away from the city’s main transportation hub where the conventional and high-speed rails, the metro system and a train line to the airport all converge. The staff are super courteous and helpful. The room, while small, is clean and functional. One big plus is the complementary self-service laundry.

CityInn Hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Taipei — within walking distance of Taipei Main Station, night markets, grocery stores, and restaurants. The hotel is cleaned daily in a timely and consistent manner. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There are also washing machines and dryers available on the first floor, which is a bonus. I’ll definitely return when visiting Taipei in the future!

酒店服务蛮满意，地点也不错，四通八达很容易出入。可惜有不美满的点是第一房间隔音不好隔壁在敲打声都听到，第二是对面全家服务态度恶劣，不关酒店问题但是提醒其他旅客别受罪去门口对面的全家
