Condo was very clean in a great area of Tahoe City. Beaches close by. Very quiet at night. Didn’t use pool but drove by and many in pool were enjoying themselves. Kitchen is well stocked. Large dining room table . Bathroom in hall has a high toilet for those that need one. Multi beds each a different firm to soft size. Very nice washer and dryer

This rental was big enough for all five of us, and cozy. It has all the amenities. It was also close to the marina. The check in/ out instructions were very clear too. It was a perfect rental for the weekend.

Great location

The location was terrific, very near a nice small public beach and convenient to many hiking and lake destinations. The unit was roomy, clean and comfortable. Our only issue was with the beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Of those four single beds, only one had a topper. The other three were VERY hard.

The apartment size and the location were great! We were frustrated by the lack of supplies and lack of instructions about the tv (after several attempts to reach property management). We were unable to use the hot tub and swimming pool which were closed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good time at the condo AND we were lucky to get the place with such short notice! There were a few things wrong with the unit, but I was assured they would be addressed soon. The 'shared' hot tub was pretty small.

Tahoe Getaway

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the St Francis #6 condo. The condo was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, utinsels and cooking items. The location was great for our stay in Tahoe City. Not a lot of traffic, and close the lake. We enjoyed sitting on the private dock to view the sunset, the stars and to admire the surroundings. We enjoyed swimming in the lake with the convenience of being close to the condo. The pool was nice with lots of chairs around for those wanting to watch. We enjoyed the deck at the condo as well.

Great Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very satisfied with the was the perfect spot in a great location. The unit was on the ground level which suited us. It was clean and neat. The master bathroom had a tight shower that a large person may not fit into... it was not a problem for us but could be. Appliances are old but work. I would have preferred the cooking utensils placed in a lined draw rather than just thrown into an old wooden draw, it made cooking unappealing. Mostly the beds need upgrading and it would be a much better unit that I would return to.

The primary bed is as hard as a board, the shower is made for a 12 year old kid. The Bear mat and cables covering the patio did not give good instructions if it was live or off, so access to the patio was blocked. Location is good and the host expects you to clean the unit even though a cleaning fee is charged, i.e. load the washer, do the dishes. Although I always load the dishwasher as a courtesy the fact that they expect that while still charging a cleaning fee seems odd.

Quiet, clean, spacious

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was great! It reminded us of our grandparents houses - outdated styling maybe, but it was very comfortable and everything was clean and in good repair. The fridge and dishwasher are newer, and the stove/oven was good enough - more than enough for a reasonably priced getaway, in our opinion. We'd stay here again if we were going to visit this location again.

My only request is that the cleaners should vacuum under the bed. Needs a good spring clean. Oh, pleas fix the hot tub
