Welcome to Pine 2.0!! Conveniently located minutes from the Tacoma Mall/variety of restaurants. It's an easy access freeways: I-5 and 512! WiFi, coffee, washer/dryer+plenty of parking.

It's also very important that my future guests know-I take EXTRA measures to make sure NONE of my beds have any traces of BED BUGS. Monthly pest inspections are done! My mattresses are hyper clean and inspected!
Covid updates: we spray a germicide after each cleaning that kills bacteria/germs up to 24 hours.
The space
This two story, three bedroom home features hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, in-home washer and dryer. Tub/Shower combo in bathroom. Master bedroom boasts a queen size bed. Closet hangers are provided for your convenience. Kitchen is equipped with basic cooking supplies and dinnerware. Seating consists of a small dining room table for four. Other features include WIFI. We use the garage as storage for our supplies, so you may see us accessing it from time to time.

Please be aware, there is no AC in this house.
Guest access
The entire house is yours when you book! We use the garage as storage for our supplies, so you may see us accessing it from time to time. You are welcome to use the fully fenced in backyard during your stay.

I’m a local realtor in the Tacoma area! I just bought another house nearby and decided this area was lacking short term rentals, so I decided to check this out!

A little bit about the house, I lived next door for the past two years-and I’ve never had an issue with safety. We are about 2 min drive to the Tacoma Mall and plenty of other restaurants nearby.

The freeway access is also about a 2 min drive to I5 heading north to the Seattle area or to 512/167 heading south to Lacey or to the Puyallup area.
Very convenient location for travelers! There is a NO pet policy at the house, unless it is agreed upon at the time of reservation and in writing. Standard pet fee is $50, which will be added onto the reservation. Failure to disclose pets will result in an AUTOMATIC forfeiture of security deposit, in addition to a $100 mandatory cleaning fee on top of the original cleaning fee. To provide every guests with the same level of cleanliness, on reservations with pets, I automatically book an EXTRA cleaner. If I am not aware of pets and it takes my cleaner an unexpectedly longer time, she is no longer able to fit a schedule to move onto her next clean prior to a 3pm same day check-in...and that is NOT good.
