The fully fenced yard is spacious and boasts several fruit trees and plenty of room for outdoor activities. The dining area flows to a small secluded stamped concrete patio/fenced yard. The well-equipped stainless steel kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. This home is in close proximity to SeaTac Airport (20 minutes) and 30 minutes to downtown Seattle.
