This property is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to Antique Sandwich Shop, Point Defiance, Dune Park, the Zoo and Ruston Market. Easy walk or short drive.Clean, easy access and great communication with the owners. Look forward to a return trip soon.

The updated home was both quiet and clean. Located in the Ruston area, it was perfect location. Easy access to Point Defiance Park and many other things in Tacoma. Although we didn’t cook here, it seemed to be very well stocked with utensils, coffee, etc. We would stay here again.

Great communication!

My family arrived late in the evening on a weekday and Victoria and Codi were accommodating in every way! They were communicative throughout the entire stay and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The bungalow is perfectly sized for 2-3 and so well crafted! Check in/out was easy and the location was perfectly stationed between Mt Rainier and downtown Seattle. Highly recommended!

Owners were good communicators. Felt safe at night. Quiet neighborhood. Close to a lot. Smaller house but luckily we weren’t there much besides at night. Recommend if your stopping through town but not if your expecting a spectacular interior decorated place.

Great location, great hosts, great home

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Point Defiance bungalow. We wanted to be close to family and Point Defiance and the location was perfect. The hosts made us feel very welcome. They are great communicators and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. They even delivered replacement kitchen tools to us on the day of our arrival (some went missing). We found the house super clean and well outfitted. The kitchen was much more complete than other VRBOs that we have stayed at in the past. The location is great, especially if you like to hike. The trails in Point Defiance are fabulous. Being close to Rustin and North Tacoma is a big plus too. We plan to stay here again the next time visit family in Tacoma.
