Mid Century Modern Abode
Our home is located in Central Tacoma. It is fully furnished with 2 beds, a living room with a small dining table, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom & outdoor firepit area with a grill.
This is the bottom level of a home that has been turned into a duplex. We rent out both spaces on Airbnb and the backyard is a shared space between both rentals!
We use surveillance cameras around the exterior of the home for security. There are no cameras in the home as that would violate Airbnb’s policy.
The space
This is a basement unit of a 2 unit duplex. We rent out the basement on airbnb as well. You may hear footsteps and noises from the unit above.
The backyard is a shared space between you and the guests that are renting upstairs. We have a fire pit and a charcoal grill out back that you are welcome to use! You will need to provide your own charcoal for the grill.
Each bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. Get cozy because we have furnished them with high thread count sheets, down comforters & fluffy pillows! You will be sure to enjoy a good nights sleep!
Our living room has a large leather couch that you will sink right into. Enjoy relaxing while you watch Netflix or read a book. We have a Keurig with coffee available!
The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials plus more. We have all of the cooking utensils you will need to cook a meal.
Enjoy a nice hot shower in our full size bathroom with a tub. We have plenty of plush towels that will make you feel right at home! The shower is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash!
Guest access
The space is the lower level of a duplex, the upstairs is rented out on airbnb as well. The entrance is through the backyard. You will park on the side of the house where there is plenty of street parking and enter through the back gate. The second stairway leads down to the entrance of your airbnb! The stairwell is black and has a red door.
