Has Potential…
The location was okay. The room was initially a challenge to enter due to the key pad. However, we figured it out. The room was decent. The bed linens appeared clean but worn down. Though the listing advertised the room for 2 people, there was only a towel set for one person and it had hair on it. The shower was not clean. There was a used bar of soap in the shower and a used bar of soap under the cabinet. There was used dollar tree shampoo sitting on the bathroom sink. The floor needed to be swept and mopped. The blinds in the room were broken and the fan in the window was very dusty. My daughter and I went to the store and purchased cleaning products and toiletries to make the space decent. You have to pay to use the washer and dryer, of which I had to clean prior to use. I had to clean the items in the shared kitchen space before and after use. The kitchen smelled of spoiled refrigerated food Sunday - Monday. All of the appliances were dirty. I voiced my concerns to the owner. I do believe if the owner hired a better cleaning service this location would be among the best in Tacoma.
