Beautiful, peaceful spot

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Annita. Its location was perfect for us. I loved being able to swim off the rocks below the villa. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was a shame that we couldn't use the BBQ because of the wind and fire risk. We were seven adults, of which two were couples. This villa will accommodate three adult couples comfortably in double bedrooms and another four people, sharing two twin bedded rooms. We were very happy with our stay and very much hope to return. Annie couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating during our stay.

Perfect holiday!

A wonderful house on a wonderful island. Everything was as good as advertised , even better. The owner is the best host ever. We forgot something at our departure in Ermopouli, he picked it up and sent it to us by ferry the next day. How nice was it from him to take his time and help us greatly. Feel very confortable to rent that house.

Un séjour de charme

Une très belle maison, élégante, confortable et intelligemment conçue pour que 10 personnes y vivent sans se gêner. La terrasse immense qui surplombe la mer, l'accès à l'eau par les rochers ou à la plage, le calme de l'environnement et l'attrait des paysages en font un lieu magnifique. Le village est proche mais une voiture est utile.

Excellent séjour

Tout était parfait- la maison est magnifique avec une vue et un emplacement incroyables. L’accès à la mer par des rochers est à 5 minutes et l’accès à une petite plage à moins de 10 petites minutes à peine. L’eau est cristalline- c’est un régal. Un seul mini bémol : l’adresse pour l’arrivée qui manque de précisions pour les taxis et nous a obligé à nous rendre à pied à la villa depuis le port de Finikas sous un soleil de plomb avec les bagages car impossible de joindre notre super host. Hormis cela, nous recommandons très sincèrement cette location et l’île de Syros.

Magnifique maison et magnifique vue sur la baie de Foinikas

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la maison d'Annita et Yanis. Nous avons apprécié leur accueil chaleureux et leurs conseils sur Syros et les beaux endroits à découvrir. Concernant la maison : joliment décorée, les chambres sont climatisées, la cuisine tout équipée, une très grande terrasse avec la vue mer à 180°, accès mer à 100m, plage à 250m, village de Foinikas à 5' en voiture, avec toutes les commodités. Merci !

Magnifique maison avec vue mer incroyable!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances, la maison est magnifique, la vue incroyable, et les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et nous ont bien aidé avant et pendant notre séjour. La petite plage à côté de la maison est l'une des plus belles de l'île. Finikas est abrité du vent ce qui est plutôt très agréable dans les cyclades. Bref, un super séjour! Encore merci à Yannis et Annita !
