The amazingly cozy three-bedroom house recently renovated and redecorated, is in one of the best areas of central Syros. Fully equipped with everything you need and much more.

Literally, in the heart of Syros. Two minutes away from the port and Ermoupolis Main Square.

Welcome to the main common space where you may enjoy yourselves in the large comfortable living room which includes a design sofa that can be easily converted to a 2-person bed.
An elegant and classy renovated place made of wooden floors and classic stone on the walls.

Just opposite you will enjoy the facilities of the fully equipped kitchen.
A 5-seat table will make you feel at home; suitable for cooking and serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Laugh with your heart and enjoy your privacy with soundproof doors and shades.

Don’t forget to open the windows to the cutest small balcony overlooking main Ermoupoli street and the superb view of Ano Syros.

Need more privacy? The two main double-bed rooms have access to the second balcony of the house. Quiet and spacious, it becomes the ideal choice for your morning breakfast and your afternoon coffee or wine!

Take the internal stairs and reach the promising single bedroom which leads to our magic roof.

Feast your eyes on the magnificent view of the upper part of Ermoupolis as well as the main city, including the famous St. Nicholas church.

Exceptional in every way

The most perfect home in the best spot on the most elegant island. From start to finish, we could not have asked for a better experience. Inside, you have a beautifully restored home with high ceilings, a sleek bathroom and powerful AC. And even though the city is alive with city sounds during the day (which I personally love), you have complete and total silence in the bedrooms at all times. Outside, you have everything the city has to offer: outdoor movies, incredible restaurants (Seminario!), coffee shops, marble streets. And the rooftop… I’m guessing the best views in the whole city. No surprise that Dimitris was the ideal host throughout. Available by text/phone/messages at any time, but otherwise leaving us free to dream that the Heart of Syra belonged to us for a few days. And we *will* always dream of it… Thank you again, Dimitris, for making us feel so welcome in your home. You are a total class act. And Syros is such a special place. We will return.

The Most Perfect Apartment in Ermoupoli

This is the second time we come to the island and stay at this property. It is truly perfect. The location is amazing, central but quiet, near the market for convenient shopping and near all the town restaurants and bars. Clean and well equipped it is the perfect property for family living, our teenagers love being indecent and being able to go out alone. It has the most amazing terraces and this time round we even hosted a couple of dinner parties, it’s so refreshing to have all that is needed to cook and to host, cutlery, glasses, plates, etc. Thank you Dimitris for another unforgettable holiday in Syros.

Perfect stay in central Ermoupoli - Syros

The flat is perfectly set up for a family holiday. 2 comfortable bedrooms and a spacious living room make for an ideal space to enjoy the rare moments we were not exploring the island and its wonders. new and modern, comfy beds, modern shower and lovely terraces. Bang in the centre of town, 2 minutes away from everything you might want on holidays, restaurants, shopping, amazing breakfasts, outdoor cinema in English (with Greeks subtitles), taxi rank to go to all the beaches and restaurants out of town. Dimitris is an attentive property manager and supported us in all our needs and questions, going always the extra mile.

Excellent Property!

Our family stayed for 5 days and would stay again. The property was clean and nice and in an excellent location. Parking was difficult but that is standard course when staying in a central location. The day of our departure we asked for a later checkout as our ferry was leaving at 6pm and the host immediately granted our request.
