Please note
that our accommodation features a unique layout that includes a hatch-style
staircase connecting the ground floor to the basement level. On the ground
floor, there is one bedroom. On the first floor, there is another bedroom as
well as a bathroom. This bathroom is shared by all guests and can be used by
those staying both upstairs and downstairs. In the ground-floor bedroom, you
will also find access to a hatch-style staircase. This staircase leads down to
the basement, where the propertys kitchen and an additional bathroom are
located. We understand that the hatch-style staircase may not suit everyone.
Therefore, if you feel that you will not need to use the kitchen during your
stay, this layout might still serve your needs comfortably, especially as there
is a fully equipped bathroom on the upper floor for your convenience. Please
take this layout into consideration before booking to ensure the property meets
your expectations.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 8EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 2EUR per night
Kindly note that the climate tax is not included in the total reservation amount and is payable separately.
