This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably sleeps 4 to 5 guests with a queen bed in each bedroom and warm, welcoming spaces throughout, a pull out sofa and Japanese floor mattress perfect for the kids.

The spacious master suite features a garden tub, walk-in shower, and double vanities, while the second bathroom offers a walk-in shower with handicap-access grab handle for added accessibility.

We joined up with my son's family for a Labor Day get-together. My granddaughters, ages 5, 6, had the time of their lives! It's a toss up as to which they loved the most, the tree swing, the trampoline, or the swimming pool. The location was perfect. We drove over to Sequoyah National Golf Course in about 17 minutes and downtown Sylva in about 14 minutes.

From day one the host was in touch with us even before the actual check in date. She was so gracious and always quick to respond when we did have a question. Even when we checked in. We traveled with our son, our grandson and our nephew for a motorcycle rally in Sylva for the weekend of 9/24 - 9/26 and we left on the 27th. My son came up late on the 24th as he ended up having car trouble coming across the mountain. The morning of the 25th the host noticed we were having a problem and offered any kind of help we needed. I was able to get the car fix without any additional help from them but it was great knowing that if I needed it, there were there. Not too often do you get to meet your host but I met both of them and they are very down to Earth people with a great big heart. I will be staying with this host again in February of next year when we bring our other grand children to the mountains. Sweet Tea Sunday is at the top of my list for a place to stay and feel welcomed. I very highly recommend it to anyone needing a peaceful stay in the mountains.
