Overall we enjoyed our stay at this cute farmhouse secluded cabin in WNC. Property management switched after booking so host communication and re-booking details were challenging at first but new host was responsive to messages and helpful during our stay. Would have been nice to have a few extra linens provided for people staying longer than a few days. Although it was nice to have a small washer and dryer available, the dryer seemed to take longer than it should to dry. Kitchen items provided made it easy to cook if desired.

This was one of the most comfortable and thoughtfully provisioned vacation rentals I've stayed in. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is more spacious than you might guess for the overall size of the place. I appreciated the coffee maker with K cups provided, the easy check in process, and the impeccable cleanliness of the place. I didn't need it personally but there are also laundry facilities and provided detergent. The front and side porches (including a fire pit and hammock) with a beautiful mountain/ night sky view were the icing on the cake. I was in the area for a work event so the rental was a wonderful place to wind down and rest at the end of several very long days and I'm grateful for that. Future travelers may want to note that the water pressure for the shower left something to be desired, and that you are asked to pack out all your trash & recycling when leaving the rental. The transfer station to drop off your trash etc is truly not very far away and easy to find fyi. I didn't have much and just ended up packing it home with me since I had a lot going on while I was on this trip. If you are not used to mountain driving, the private (fully paved) road you traverse to get to this site will likely stress you out a bit but you can do it without 4x4 or AWD; just follow the clear step by step directions sent by the host. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks very much for the opportunity to enjoy it!
