The room was spotlessly clean and well furnished. We were very impressed by the choice of channels and free movies on the tv. The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely stay here again when in Sydney and would highly recommend Rydges Australia Square.

I stayed in 2 different rooms (some days apart) - the first one was pretty much OK, the second time was too small, a corner one. The breakfast had no vegetables and the eggs were under cooked. The staff was friendly.

The hote was strategically located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD accessible to almost every tourist spots in the area. The room is spotless and bed was comfortable to sleep in after a tiring day of tour. The staff were friendly and the only improvement that I’d like was a change of the breakfast’s menu. Other than that, definitely enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is a bit like self-serve setting. The staff seems not well trained and experienced in hospitality service, a bit aloof, limited interaction, smile, eye contact with customers. Lack of warm and welcoming feeling when entering the hotel. Feel like entering self-serve motel. The restaurant staff in Le Pitt Flot was a bit rude when we asked him some question about the meal deals. Could be friendly, less arrogant attitude with the customers. The breakfast is great, food is delicious. The hotel location is great, walking distance to Circular Quey/ferry, major shopping centres, and train/tram station. It will be great to improve the customer services
