The staff were pleasant. The room was clean. The problem was we both had nowhere to put our cases. I had to leave my case against the door and the other one was up against the fridge. If we could have had room under our bed at least, it would have been good to keep them there out of the way.

We were placed in two accessible rooms. Neither of which we needed or wanted and were not able to change. We did not request or book these. It made the stay very uncomfortable and we did not enjoy it at all. There was no offer to fix or compensate. Very disappointing experience

Very nice room, we were in a handicapped accessible room, my only comment is about the shower, the entire room got wet, a long handle squeegee would help to clear the water from the floor after a shower, or more towels. We chose not to have housekeeping each day so needed something to wipe the bathroom floor. Also not enough towel racks to hang towels after showers.

Great location, clean, quiet. Short walking distance from several transportation options (train, metro, bus). Easy walk to The Rocks and Circular Quay areas. Despite construction in the area the room was very quiet. Comfortable bed and clean room. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. An unexpected bonus - our room was ready around 9am when we swung by to drop off our bags. Being able to take a shower and freshen up was a game-changer after a 17 hour flight from the US. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, comfortable well equipped room, easy check-in/out. I like their plan where if you hang out the sign to not get housekeeping, they knock up to $10/day of any food/drink charged to your room. Rate did not include the breakfast buffet which is good, because for the price they wanted it is definitely underwhelming, disorganized, and low on selection.
