Summary:
Nestled in a quiet pocket of Newtown but situated only moments walk to famous King St, our recently renovated 2 storey home is filled with light and character.
With an interior designers elegant touch throughout, we have an open plan kitchen, living and dining area which are complemented by a plant filled light well.
The living area then opens up to our outdoor patio which is ideal for a morning coffee or evening drink.
The Space:
Our home is ideally located in vibrant Newtown but also close and within easy walking distance to RPA Hospital and Sydney Uni.
Having undergone a recent and extensive renovation, our house was rebuilt with modern family living and convenience in mind. The living room has a ceiling fan and comfortably sits up to 6 people and our mid century styled dining area also. Both these areas are fully open plan and are beside our fully equipped kitchen which is complete with a stunning island.
The single bed bedroom downstairs also doubles as an office space with a dedicated desk. The master Queen Bedroom is upstairs and includes Air-Con and the main bathroom separates the Double + Single 3rd Bedroom which also has AC.
Our home is bathed in natural light through skylights and a light-well that flows from the top floor to the kitchen area. You are ideally located to explore buzzy Newtown and the surrounding Inner West suburbs from here with easy transport options nearby (Train and buses)
