Small studio with a queen size bed, kitchen with bar stools, lounge, TV and book shelf, as well as a separate bathroom with shower, and a balcony with stools, and a view looking towards Bondi Beach. Great location with a grocery and bottle shop located opposite the building, as well as cafes and gyms and restaurants. There's also a bus stop right outside. Note: currently there are building works taking place on the roof top, so there may be construction noise Monday to Saturday and the roof and the pool aren’t accessible until the works are finished.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. The apartment also includes an ironing board.
