¡Hola!

Gracias por contemplar la estancia en nuestra hermosa casa. Estamos seguros de que tendrá una estancia fantástica en esta maravillosa y sustancial propiedad.

Es una magnífica casa con terraza de cuatro dormitorios y dos baños, con acceso para estacionamiento / carril trasero y un hermoso patio espacioso, en el increíble suburbio de Newtown.

Las habitaciones son todas muy grandes y cada habitación tiene un gran televisor de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD.

Como es una casa muy grande, el diseño es flexible y podemos ser flexibles con los arreglos de cama adecuados, si hay solicitudes especiales al respecto.

¡El hogar puede acomodar cómodamente de ocho a doce personas con comodidad y estilo!

Podemos contemplar que su (s) mascota (s) vengan y se queden también.

La casa fue construida en 1901 y rebosa carácter y encanto victoriano. Tiene techos muy altos y muchas hermosas características adornadas.

La casa ha sido hermosamente renovada. Está muy bien decorado con electrodomésticos modernos y magníficas antigüedades de inspiración francesa en toda la propiedad.

Esta casa clásica, está a solo tres kilómetros del centro de Sydney, Australia. La casa está bellamente presentada y está disponible para estancias cortas o más largas.

La ubicación es insuperable. Está a una corta distancia a pie de dos estaciones de tren (Newtown Station y St Peters Station) y hay una parada de autobús a unos metros de la puerta principal que atraviesa King Street, hacia la estación central y luego hacia Bondi Junction (para acceder fácilmente a las playas).

The Home está a menos de 600 metros o aproximadamente a tres minutos a pie de la animada King Street (con sus increíbles restaurantes y tiendas).

Si bien hay un amplio estacionamiento en esta amplia y frondosa calle, la propiedad también cuenta con acceso a la vía trasera con estacionamiento privado (privado) en la calle (si es necesario).

Home away from home

Cannot recommend this home and host highly enough. Great location and relatively quiet for Sydney, especially considering how close this place is to the ‘hustle and bustle’ of Newtown. Host really goes out of their way to provide a clean, stocked and comfortable home. It really did feel like my home away from home. My pups and I are definitely keen to stay here again.

Family Reunion

We were here for a Family Reunion There were 11 adults and 2 chidren The property was so close to everything trains buses suermarkets anything and everything you may need plus the local pub 2 min walk away Cooking facilities shower etc worked well for our big group Heaps of linen etc For big groups a patio heater may have been helpful as we ate in the patio each night but that is just a thought. There was just plenty of everything that you could possibly ask for Thoroughly enjoyed our time . Love to come back and Thank you for providing such a awesome place to stay

Newtown treasure

Thank you Phou for opening your lovely home to us. We had everything we needed including a fridge full of food and all of the household necessities to make our stay exceptional. We had close access to a local cafe, hotel and major shopping centre...all within 400 metres of the property. Our group of 11 people had plenty of room and privacy in this huge house. Thank you Phou for you wonderful and responsive communication. You made our visit stress free.

Amazing place and host

The house is in an excellent location, quiet however at walking distance from shops and restaurants. It's very well organised with everything you might need. But what made our stay here 5 stars is the host. They were fantastic! Having to accommodate a group we had lots of questions and they went above and beyond any expectation. Everyone in the group loved staying here and we'll definitely go back.

Perfect location, wonderful hosts and lovely house

The house is wonderful and has everything a family needs for a comfortable stay in Inner city of Sydney and more (lots of fresh linen, 2 coffee machines, portable air-con and TVs in every bedroom etc etc). The hosts are accommodating and easy to deal with, helpful and accessible. Location is perfect walking distance to Newtown and St Peter’s train station as well as Marrickville Metro shopping mall. Restaurants, pubs and cafes on the doorstep. Highly recommend this wonderful stay.

Girls trip for the Guns N Roses concert

If I could give a 10 star rating I would, I just can’t express how absolutely amazing our stay was. We booked 2 years ago, but due to our concerns being postponed we had to change our dates. This was so easy with the hosts. The communication with them was outstanding from the very start. The house is well appointed with everything you need, and more. I’ve never stayed anywhere with hosts that were just so accommodating! They left us with everything we needed, they had stocked the fridge with some goodies and wine for us to enjoy. Their hospitality was just so amazing, they made us feel like we were extended family. The house is right near everything you need, a pub, shopping centre and King St is a short walk as well. I will definitely be staying here whenever I am in Sydney. You would be crazy not to stay here next time you are in Sydney!

Great location and space

We enjoyed our stay here a lot. The townhouse is located really close to some great spots in the inner west, and it was quite convenient to walk out to the cafes and pubs next door without having to drive or catch buses. The house itself is lovely and spacious. We stayed here with our cat and dog, and the hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Communication throughout was great and a pleasure. Will recommend.

Wonderful Newtown Terrace

Ten of our family stayed for our Son’s wedding in Sydney, it was perfect, a wonderful location, enough room for all of us and a beautiful outdoor area. We had booked it for last year for another wedding but had to cancel due to covid, Phou was so helpful transferring to new dates in 2021, and there were many emails exchanged because of covid related issues. We would definitely stay again.

Our extended family were very comfortable staying at this property. Beds aplenty & a well appointed kitchen. Hosts were fabulous to deal with & went to great lengths to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Amazing stay in great location with generous hosts

This house ticks all the boxes we needed for our family stay. This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom property and it housed my large family just perfectly when we were in town for a family wedding. The hosts were beyond generous in leaving us provisions to self-cater. (The bacon and egg cook-up was required to allow us to function again!!) We could walk to Enmore Park which was perfect for the kids in the family to play at. The house was lovely and clean and the courtyard BBQ a welcome space on a hot day. I cannot fault this place, we loved it!

Old-world charm comes to life in this well-furnished and well-equipped house! The host, Luke was amazing! Going thru all the necessary details about the house and the neighbourhood which made us feel safe and welcomed. The location is so convenient, near to shopping centre, restaurants streets (King St & Enmore Rd), train station, airport, etc. A walk in the neighbourhood is a must to experience the old-world charm of Sydney’s yesteryears.

Perfect, hassle free, Highly recommended

From booking in to checking out we had a great experience. We arrived early and met Phou and Luke mid clean, they let us leave our bags and we had a yarn for a bit, then headed off to explore the neighbourhood, our group of 6, including 4 18/19 year olds. We arrived bang on 2pm and were met by Luke who showed us around and had a good talk and laugh, we also found he had stacked fridge with fresh fruit and veges🥑🥕, juice, bread🍞 and even a bottle of Red🍷 The rest of the week just flowed, very central to city and buses, we quickly worked out the short cuts and the metro shopping centre is so close, cafe 3 doors down and good pub across from there. Plenty of eateries along King Street but we took advantage of the kitchen and cooked some nice meals and it was just like home. The 2 bathrooms/showers worked well for us and plenty of hot water and even a bathtub for a soak. TV in each room and even Google chrome cast to watch Netflix or stream your sports from your devices and great 5g WiFi meant we all could watch and post all day long. Beds were comfy and the rooms upstairs are very airy and fresh. The road is busy and planes do fly over but that's just plain nitpicking if that's your biggest problem. Idea for a large group and so hassle free. Thanks once again Phou and Luke, maybe our paths will cross again some day 🙏 Mark, Fiona, Jordan, Ben, Brooke and Libby. Papamoa, New Zealand
