We could not rest whole night as there was several loud fights and screaming outside our room and police attendance to mange the situation, it was very scary and unsafe. We were exhausted the next day and could not wait to leave that place. Shower / bathroom was also mouldy and smelly, for a &160 a night motel!!! Unacceptable

Room was serviced every day but only with fresh towels. We stayed for a week and found coffee cups that had not been cleaned properly, bed side tables that had drink rings and not been cleaned and our room was not cleaned for the week we stayed. Surroundings were very noisy

No face wash, (flannels) room was not vacuum when we going out, sometimes people making noises outside our room, like someone swipe something on window and door, awake us up in one morning. I will score average. King bed was good thank you. I’m not sure because other hotels I been to supply small toothbrushes and toothpaste??? so my score again is average.

A first time here for me. Realistically it is excellent value, and i will use again. A little dated, and when you get there late there is a bit of a wait at reception, but overall it was great. Dining is really good.

Could be better

Me and my aunty stayed here for 2 nights. On our first day after checking in, we walked into the room with a smell that was so unbearable like someone had just finish doing number 2!!!! The beds were terrible to sleep in that it kept moving whilst we sleep. Lucky none of us never fell off :/ Apart from this. The service from the time we checked in & the service inside the bar was amazingly good 👍
