Located in Balmoral - famous for beautiful homes and expensive yachts, and a beach that is postioned with views over Sydney Harbour National Park and through the Heads - the gateway to Sydney Harbour. It's an ideal place for a quick swim and takeaway fish and chips at sunset. In fact, you can take your rollerblades, dog, bike, sailboard and football, or just a picnic basket. Fabulous cafes and restaurants along the Esplanade.Head to the northern tip of the beach where you'll find a small, shady park behind an old club building. From here, a short walk through the streets or around the rocks will take you to Chinamans Beach. Fabulous location
Great location directly across from the beach, restaurants and cafes. Excellent and thoughtful communication with Maria. I would have given a better overall rating however there are maintenance jobs that need attention. To mention a few the kitchen cupboards need fixing as they don’t open or close properly, a broken kitchen light fitting, torn fly wire in the kitchen. Well priced for the position.

Short stay while selling our house
This bright and sunny apartment had everything we needed for our family to stay 12 days while the sale process of our home was underway. The kids loved being just across the road from the beach and Balmoral playground (actually we had a birthday party for my 11 year old down at Balmoral during our stay). The kids loved the big flock of cockatoos that visited us on the balcony on the morning of my daughter's birthday. The neighbours were kind and friendly. I would stay there again!

what a great place to stay while we were in Sydney.
This was the absolute perfect fit for our homestay accomodation. The price was certainly affordable and location couldn't be much better. Don't want to say too many good things as we're keen to stay there for our next visit. The flat wasn't posh which made it feel much more comfortable . Loved the views and the visiting cockatoos!

Location is great - you can hear the waves from the balcony.
I loved the light bright we’ll equipped flat and all the neighbours in the block were very friendly.
Many lovely walks close by with views of Sydney Harbour entrance.
We had lovely food at nearby restaurants - Pasture, Bathers Pavilion and Boathouse.
Lovely to be so close to the swimming enclosure for a quick dip on hot days.
Parking would have been difficult without the permit and the out of date work zone. Although there is unmetered parking if you climb up either of the 2 footpaths between Botanic and Raglan.
A couple of cockroaches visited every night even though we kept killing them.
The foam mattresses on the beds are not great for a prolonged stay for older adults.

da dieses Objekt in Deutschland angeboten wird, wäre es angebracht, wenn bei einer entsprechenden Buchung auch deutschsprachige Informationen verschickt werden.Da ich der englischen Sprache nicht mächtig bin, hatte ich Probleme damit diese Informationen zu lesen.Die letzte Information kam erst am 01.02.2023 bei uns an, Zu dieser Zeit waren wir bereits bei der Abreise. Ich will damit sagen, die Zeitzonen sollten berücksichtigt werden.
