Located within a short walk to the beaches of Parsley Bay, this property is located in the heart of exclusive Vaucluse and is fifteen minutes drive to the CBD. There is full bus access to the CBD and Watsons Bay ferry within a one minute walk.
The home has multiple entertaining areas, including an undercover BBQ and outdoor dining area, with a sunbaking deck, pool and undercover, fully furnished poolhouse.
The home, complete with new luxe furnishings, also has its own cinema room and four full bathrooms with a powder room and shower in the poolhouse.
The open plan kitchen dining and living area is fully equipped with state of the art Gaggenau appliances, two fridges and a butlers pantry.
