Located only 15 minutes’ walk to Bronte Beach and the Eastern Suburbs coastal walk, this three-level home boasts a large top floor living & dining area that flows onto a large balcony with a unique aspect over the valley that runs down to Clovelly Beach & Gordons Bay. A barbeque and outdooring table & chairs make this a perfect entertaining area for a small family group.
Commanding an elevated position, the main bedroom also enjoys valley & ocean views and a offers a queen-sized bed and built in wardrobe. The second bedroom provides a king single, study desk and plenty of storage. The main bathroom is also located on this level and offers a heated towel rail and heated flooring if required.
The lower ground floor offers a self-contained area that includes a double bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchenette. This space opens onto the rear yard which remains shaded and cool throughout summer. A barbeque and outdoor dining table & chairs provide a separate entertaining area, and a common spa is available for use at the rear of the property.
The location is convenient to local cafés, restaurants & bars. Local bus routes travel along Macpherson Street and connect to Bondi Junction, Bondi Beach and the Sydney city. Centennial Park and Queens Park are also a short walk from the front door.
