Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. A few things could've been better
Couch, linen and bed throws were stained and needed a good clean. The clothes dryer didnt work...very annoying on a wet weekend with young kids! The kitchen and bethroom lacked basic supplies...only a sponge/scrubber and 1 teatowel in the kitchen ( no cloths to wipe tables or benches, no spare teatowels, bathroom had no face cloths (hard to wash kids in the bath without) and very limited bodywash, shampoo, etc...one sm bottle of each for 4 people and 3 days' stay. No milk in the fridge ...only creamer (disgusting!). General cleaning was lacking...other people's odds and ends under the couch and between cushions. The front porch was filthy, and mail was over the ground. A good spot...close to the rail, cafe, etc but needs better care and supplies for the price. Other places are far better and even leave wine or biscuits as a welcome gesture.

But is a nice place and great location.
They really need to fix gate fixtures out the front, if kids are going to stay there as they are just sitting on top of the fence

Very pleased
We were very happy with our accommodations. Very pleasant spaces. Enjoyed the wall-sized windows/doors looking over the outdoor space and foliage. Really felt open. Great kitchen area. Nice little coffee shop nearby. Easy access to Marrickville breweries and public transit.
