The Neighbourhood

Just a 10-minute drive from Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport (both domestic and international terminals) and only a 5-minute walk to Sydenham Station, you can reach Central Station in just two stops — around five minutes by train.

Around the corner at Unwins Bridge Rd and Park Rd (just a 2-minute walk), you’ll find Meraki Coffee — a local favourite for excellent coffee and pastries. Their pistachio croissants are especially popular on weekends, so be sure to arrive early.

For outdoor fun, Tillman Park is directly across the street and features a playground and bike track, ideal for kids. Just a minute further is Sydenham Green, with a fenced playground perfect for families. In the evening, grab a bottle of wine from David’s Cellars or enjoy a drink at the General Gordon Hotel near the station.

Explore the vibrant Marrickville brewery scene just a 10-minute walk away, where you’ll find Batch, Sauce, Grifter, and the Bob Hawke Beer & Leisure Centre. Willie the Boatman in nearby St Peters is another great spot — all part of the celebrated Inner West Ale Trail.

Please note that while the property's proximity to the airport is excellent for plane-spotting (a fun activity for both adults and kids) and highly convenient, you may experience some plane noise. However, there is a curfew in place, ensuring no flights operate between 11 PM and 6 AM.
