What value for the money. Nice house nice pub just up the road and 5 minutes drive from Swansea town centre.

Walking Distance to Liberty Stadium
We could not stay at this property as it was not as advertised.
It was not an Apartment but an old house in need of an upgrade.
The rug by the front door was dirty and the rug in the lounge was disgusting. Black marks going up the banister.
This house is well used and contractors also stay here - that accounted for the smell at the property.
We entered the property on the Saturday evening and left that same evening as it was totally unsuitable for two adults and two young children.
I e-mailed Kay and Grant that evening to explain the situation but so far I have had no reply.
I am now in the process of trying to retrieve the money I paid in advance.

A great little house.
A great little house very close to Liberty Stadium. Corner shop seconds away. Local Italian restaurant, Frankie & Benny's, Harvester very close too. Rooms clean and modern. Beds very comfortable with fresh white linen. No parking with property but parked cross the road easily. Kitchen has just enough to prepare meals but if you wanted to sit formerly around the dining table you'd have to pull this out. We only ate breakfast there, so not an issue. Would stay there again for sure.
