Cottonwood Comfort! New 3 Beds 1 Bath, AC, Loft Apartment

This new 3 bed loft apartment is perfect for your escape to Swan Valley! If has a beautiful view with wildlife abounding. It is a serene setting and perfect for the person looking for quiet, relaxation, hiking, and great fishing! With WIFI, AC, heating, and all the necessities, guests can enjoy a phenomenal stay in this spacious apartment. This new apartment has just recently been built so it is in pristine condition. It can facilitate 3-4 people. There are two full beds and one queen bed. Please note the beds are in individual spaces but there are no doors on the rooms. (See pictures.)
You are welcome to use the decks, fire pit, and gazebo for you enjoyment. The owners live in the house so you will have a private entrance off the garage. It has only a stairway access. Whether you are planning a fishing trip or just a get-away, we are happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our venue. No smoking in the apartment.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, a desk, and a dining table. Housekeeping is available on request.
