Staff was very friendly upon arrival. Room was nice and clean. Had a nice TV. Had a nice working fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. And the water was nice and hot for a showering.

No one to ckeck you in. Key left in unlocked room. Interior was in bad shape, needs a good cleaning and walls repaired and painted. Very rusted baseboard heater in bathroom.

I cannot tell you what the rooms were like as they did not honour my reservation. They claimed they had informed Hotels.com but I had heard nothing until I arrived to check in and found out I was stranded in Swan River.
