The holiday home ... Rade Mirkovic Apartments is located very close to the Restaurant "Sumet", right after the first corner, about 30 meters on the left.
The house is terraced on four floors, located on a hillside
Overlooking the sea and very beautiful in nature (environment) among olive, lemon, orange trees and 2 pergola with kiwi angebettet.
The famous island of Sveti Stefan is about 500 m. and the beach is about 300 to 500 m. (10 to 15 minutes) away from our house.
The romantic park of "Milocer" (the former royal Residenz- Today Hotel Milocer) can be reached in a 10 to 15 minute walk. Shops, restaurants and travel agencies are in the immediate vicinity, about 40 to 70 m. very easy to reach. Other beautiful beaches in the area (3-12 km away, also nude) are within easy reach by car or on foot.
This Apartmant consists of:
1 separate bedroom
1 bathroom with shower
1 fully equipped kitchen
1 hall
1 large covered terrace 6,7 x 2,5 m, pergola 6. 5 x 2.5 m and open terrace approx 15 sqm. with panoramic views of the sea.
All rooms are equipped with the natural stone floor. The bathroom is tiled floor to ceiling.
The rooms are painted with bright warm colors.
TV, Radio ,, iron and ironing board ect. available.
Free parking is on the street, directly in front of the house.
The tourist tax of € 1.25 day / person (adults) is not included in the price.
Good to know:
the larger towns such as Budva, Kotor, Kotor, Bar, Herceg Novi and Podgorica are 10 to 55 km away and easy to reach. Dubrovnik (Croatia) is only 90 km away and can be visited in a day trip. The cultural life in these cities is very diverse in the summertime. 30 m from the house is a bus station. This is a small bus (for about 20 people and he ride in 20 minutige distance to Budva.
Monte Negro is a small but very beautiful and varied country.
Forty-seven mountains over 2500m, mountain lakes, ravines on Flüss Tara (second largest in the world), sea, islands, bay of Kotor about 45 km long, churches, monasteries, Roman ruins, Lake Skadar one of the largest lake in the Balkans between Montenegro and Albania. All of these sights can be visited within a few hours.
You can Albania, Macedonia (Ohridersee), Bosnia (Mostar, Medjugorje) visited with possibly an overnight stay.
Tivat Airport (30 km) and Podgorica (55 km) are also easily accessible.

Danke für die schöne Woche! Das kleine Appartement verfügt neben Bad und Schlafzimmer über eine Außenküche mit einem herrlichen Blick zur Bucht und eine große, schattige Terrasse mit bequemen Sitzmöbeln, auf der man heiße Tage und Abende genießen kann. Ulla und Rade sind sehr gastfreundlich und herzlich und sehr bemüht, ihren Gästen einen schönen Urlaub zu bereiten. Ihr romantisches Haus liegt im ruhigen Teil des Ortes fern vom Troubel, man kann sich ungestört von Musik und Straßenlärm erholen. Zum Strand sind es 5Min Fußweg. Das Appartement ist praktisch eingerichtet und sauber und die Küche bietet in ihrer Grundausstattung alles, was man braucht. Ins Zentrum sind es 2Min zu Fuß, dort gibt es gute Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte. Nach Budva fährt alle 10Min ein Bus, zusätzlich findet man gegenüber des Hauses eine gute Autovermietung. Sveti Stefan ist ein niedlicher kleiner Ort, in dem man gut runter kommen kann und dessen Strand nicht überlaufen war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
