Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage.
Ein netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Die Lage des Hauses ist phantastisch. Das Haus selber ist gut eingerichtet und alles vorhanden.

Alles i.o. Vermieter sehr nett und immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Zu Fuß kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäcker täglich geöffnet (7-20Uhr) Restaurant in der Nähe. Beides zu Fuß in 10-15 min. Erreichbar. Größere Supermärkte wie Lidl, Spar in 10-15 min. mit Auto erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub mit befreundeter Familie.
Der Pool und das Haus sind gut und hat uns viel Freude gemacht.
Zu empfehlen.

Top Vermieter und ein super schönes Haus
Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und hat uns immer super weiter geholfen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und der Pool wurde täglich von dem Personal gereinigt. Der Außenbereich mit dem Grill ist perfekt für jeden Anlass. Es sind Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub.

Modernes Haus, netter Vermieter
Alles da was man braucht für einen Urlaub. Ein schönes modernes Haus, ein schöner sauberer Pool, tägliche Pflege des Pools. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und bei kleinen Problemen sofort zur Stelle, auch mit Ideen zum Essen gehen war er gut und schnell dabei. Wir waren insgesamt 8 erwachsene und 2 Kinder und waren rundum zufrieden.

Super Villa in ruhiger Lage
Wir waren mit 10 Personen (6 erwachsene, 4 Kinder) im Juli 18 in der Villa Mattina. Die Villa und das Anwesen sind wie schon auf den Bildern zu erahnen einfach super. Für die Kids durch den Pool, die Rutsche, das Trampolin, und die Schaukel einfach super. Lediglich das Trampolin müsste in naher Zukunft ausgetauscht werden. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist im Ort, grössere in 2 bzw. 3.5 km Entfernung. Wer die Ruhe liebt ist hier richtig. Man muss bedenken das es ein kleiner Ort ist. Der nächste Strand ist in Rabac ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt. Grössere Städte (Pula, Rovinji, Rijeika) ca.1stunde
Für uns war es Super, denn eigentlich hat man in der Villa alles was man braucht.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat sich immer um alles gekümmert. Einmal hat er sogar lokale frische Produkte vom Markt vor bei gebracht (Joghurt,Käse,Frischkäse).
Alles in allem volle Empfehlung von uns!
