Liebevolles, ruhiges Plätzchen

Wir waren zu dritt als familie verreist und hatten eine schöne zeit in santalezi verbracht. Es gab alles was man braucht, frische Handtücher, die betten waren breits bezogen als wir kamen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett.

Wir waren im September zu Gast. Das Haus ist sehr gut Ausgestattet. Es Liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Familienurlaub

Sehr schöne Umgebung / Landschaft. Im Juli etwas crowded. Auto ist wichtig, um Strände zu erreichen. Kommunikation / Freundlichkeit mit Gordana ( wohnt nebenan) sehr gut , stört nicht . Straße doch stärker befahren als gedacht. Nachts aber sehr ruhig.

Toller Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus

Sehr modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort, den wir für unseren Aufenthalt gewünscht hatten. Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich und in den Schlafzimmern, voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Poolbereich mit genügend Liegen und schönen Ausblick ins Grüne. Sehr zuvorkommende und herzliche Gastgeberin Gordana - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Haus aber...

Wir waren zu viert eine Woche lang in der Villa und haben uns im Haus wohl gefühlt. Alles sauber, modern und gepflegt. Gepflegt besonders, da die Vermieterin jeden Tag am Haus ist und Blumen gießt, etwas am Pool macht und sogar teilweise die Fliesen vor dem Fenster geputzt, wo noch teilweise in der früh geschlafen wurde. Wir haben sie jeden Tag mitbekommen, dass sie da ist. Sie ist sehr bemüht um ihr Haus und auch engagiert, wenn etwas gefehlt hat. Es war alles am nächsten Tag getan.👍 Am Abreisetag war sie bereits schon den ganzen vormittag an der Anlage und hat für die neuen Mieter hergerichtet. Obwohl ausgemacht war, dass wir das Haus pünktlich um 10 Uhr verlassen. An dem vormittag hat sie uns vorgeworfen, wir wären genau wie die anderen Mieter und hätten das eine oder andere kaputt gemacht. Sie warf uns vor, die Klimaanlage mit gekippten Fenster angelassen zu haben, was nicht der Fall war. Wir haben ganz besonders (!) darauf geachtet, dass uns das nicht passiert. Das besagte Fenster was offen war, war das Badfenster, dass wir nach dem Duschen wegen der Luftfeuchtigkeit offen gelassen haben. Das Badezimmer hat allerdings keine Klimaanlage, sondern eine Fußbodenheizung die wir ausgestellt haben. Sie meinte sie hätte sogar fotos usw. gemacht. An dem Morgen haben wir uns persönlich überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt und haben versucht, das Haus schnell zu verlassen. Von uns 4 Mietern wurde das Haus ordentlich, sauber und ohne Sachschaden hinterlassen.

Ein wunderschönes neues Haus

Als einzigen Kritikpunkt können wir den zu kalten Pool (ca 20 grad) anführen. Zum plantschen mit unserem 5 jährigen Sohn zu kalt.
