Not bad, not great

Hotel Clean, service very friendly. Very basic in terms of catering. No room service. And if you want dinner you have to go 2 minutes round the corner to the bigger Holiday Inn, which in all fairness does a good burger with friendly service. Breakfast is mainly Chinese with western option being toast, cereal and self serve coffee. Location is about a 10 minute walk from Lake Tai Hu, although that certain part is a so called Park and there is an entrance fee (I think around 20 kuai) Lots of buses to get to other local places and it's a 30 minute taxi ride to suzhou train station (about 90 rmb)

作为多年资深会员的旅游从业者，最不满一次的酒店之旅

1、酒店地理位置比较偏，虽然离太湖很近，但周边的旅游景点都不是很理想，而且酒店周围都是工地，非常吵 2、酒店分两块区域，一块是假日酒店3-4星挂牌，还有一块是智选假日。2-3星挂牌酒店级别。 3、我预定智选假日，晚上不是24小时提供客房服务，晚上11点需要浴巾给前台，前台回复么有，在我再三要求下，我下楼和对面假日酒店的工作人员一起去酒店员工备用室拿毛巾 4、重点的地方说三遍！重点的地方说三遍！重点的地方说三遍！ 第二天晚上，晚餐选择在对面的假日酒店用自助餐，2大1小，在第一次取餐中发现烤羊排没有了，于是和酒店服务生提醒，然后过了一会再去看，还是发现没有补充，我就问服务生晚上用餐到几点，对方没有回复，我问为啥羊排不补？对方说去后厨问问，过了一段时间，全场赠送的每人一只大闸蟹用完之后，我还是没看到羊排补上，我就直接和值班经理反映情况，对方也没有明确表示只是说去后厨催，然后我直接走去服务台，问对方酒店投诉电话，两位服务生支支吾吾，让我自己打400，电话接通之后，对方就询问我了情况和房间号，然后就挂机了。我用餐结束离开是，值班经理拿着一盆羊排送过来，我们没有食用，只是想说，你们的服务就这么让客人不满意，后续没有接到任何电话表示，我希望好订网把事情反映给对方酒店集团，自己作为资深出境旅游从业者，资深旅游媒体人，很希望得到一个满意的回复。
